Mediation

The mediation process is structured to ensure effective communication and an amicable resolution of conflicts.

1. Informing the Parties

The first step consists in explaining the mediation process, its principles and advantages. Parties are informed about confidentiality and the mediator's neutrality.

2. Preparing the Mediation

The mediator analyzes the context of the conflict and establishes the meeting schedule. The mediation contract is signed.

3. Mediation Sessions

The actual discussions where the parties present their points of view. The mediator facilitates the dialogue and helps identify common solutions.

4. Finalizing the Process

If an agreement is reached, it is drafted as a Mediation Agreement which has the value of a private signature document.
